Terms of Service
Last updated 8 October 2026
1. This agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and All Set DJ (“All Set DJ”, “we”, “us”). They cover allsetdj.com and the All Set DJ service. By creating an account, starting a free trial or using a planning link, you agree to them. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you agree for that business and confirm you’re allowed to. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. The service
All Set DJ helps DJs and DJ companies plan events with their clients: events, running orders, questions, song lists, planning links for clients, reminder emails, and PDF and CSV exports. We improve and change the service over time, and may add, change or remove features.
3. Accounts
- DJ accounts are for people 18 or over, using All Set DJ for a DJ business.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password secure: you’re responsible for what happens under your account, and should tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- Each DJ needs their own login. Don’t share yours, or let more people use an account than it has seats for.
- The owner of a business account controls its subscription, its seats and its information, and is responsible for the DJs they invite. A DJ’s access ends when the owner removes them.
4. Clients and planning links
- Clients don’t need an account. A planning link works like a key: anyone who has it can see and change that event’s plan. The DJ business decides who receives a link and can switch one off at any time.
- If you’re a client, your arrangement for your event — the booking, the fee, the music that’s played — is with your DJ, not with us. Section 7 applies to your use of your planning page.
5. Free trial, subscriptions and billing
- Plans and prices. We offer an Individual plan and a Business plan, billed monthly or yearly, at the prices on our website. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include sales tax, which is added where it applies.
- Free trial. New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial, and a card is needed to begin. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged when it ends.
- Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, charged to your payment method, until you cancel.
- Seats. On the Business plan, the owner can add or remove DJ seats from their Account page. Changes are prorated onto the next invoice. You can’t go below the number of seats in use.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and isn’t renewed.
- Refunds. Payments aren’t refundable, and we don’t refund part of a period, except where the law requires us to.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll try again for a while. If it still can’t be collected, or a cancelled plan comes to an end, your account becomes limited: you keep your events and your clients’ planning links keep working, but you can’t do things like create events, change running orders, manage templates or song suggestions, or export, until you pay or restart your plan.
- Price changes. We’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, which happens at your next renewal after that. You can cancel before then.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, whose terms also apply to them.
6. Your content
- The DJ business owns the content it and its clients put into All Set DJ — events, plans, songs, notes, templates and its logo.
- You give us permission to store, copy, process and display that content only as needed to provide and improve All Set DJ, and as our Privacy Policy describes.
- You’re responsible for your content, and for having the right to collect and use your clients’ information — including their names, email addresses and phone numbers — and to have us email them planning reminders for you. Use reminders only for your clients’ own events.
- You can export your plans as PDF and CSV files at any time while your plan is active. Keep your own copy of anything important.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t:
- break the law or anyone’s rights, or use All Set DJ to send spam or messages people haven’t agreed to receive;
- upload anything you don’t have the right to use, such as someone else’s logo;
- try to reach information, accounts, events or planning links that aren’t yours, or probe or test the security of the service without our written permission;
- overload or interfere with the service, or upload anything harmful, such as malware;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or access it by automated means other than the features we provide.
8. Music and other services
- All Set DJ helps you plan which songs to play. It doesn’t play, stream, host or sell music, and doesn’t give anyone a licence to use music. You’re responsible for any licences you need to play music at your events.
- Song search and song details come from other services. We can’t promise they’re complete, accurate or always available. Other services you use with All Set DJ — for example, to move a song list into a streaming service — have their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them.
9. Our service
We own All Set DJ — its software, design, name and logo. While your subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
10. Suspension and ending
- You can stop using All Set DJ and cancel at any time.
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or isn’t paid, or when we must to protect the service, other users or the law. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
- When an account is closed, we may delete its content, as our Privacy Policy describes, so export anything you need first.
- Sections 6, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 14 continue to apply after this agreement ends.
11. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep All Set DJ running and your information safe, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Before each event, keep the PDF packet somewhere you can reach without the internet. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, bookings, data or goodwill, including anything that goes wrong at an event. Our total liability for any claim about All Set DJ is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you haven’t paid us anything.
13. Indemnity
If you use All Set DJ for a DJ business, you’ll defend and compensate us against claims by others — including your clients — arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breaking these terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If there’s a dispute, please email us first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Otherwise, any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts in Bexar County, Texas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we’ll tell DJ businesses by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using All Set DJ after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree with them, you can cancel.
16. General
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about All Set DJ. If any part of them can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part straight away doesn’t mean we give it up. You can’t transfer this agreement without our written consent; we may transfer it as part of a sale or merger of All Set DJ. We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control. We’ll send notices to the email address on your account.
